About the role
Lead a data engineering team to build and scale data systems supporting AI platforms and customer data feeds. Develop engineers, guide architecture, and contribute hands-on to critical data pipelines.

What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in data engineering or related roles. • 3+ years managerial experience. • Hands-on with SQL, PySpark, Databricks, Airflow. • Experience with business-critical data systems. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
