About the role
Own the data layer for InsightsOS and EngageOS products, managing architecture, modeling, pipelines, and analytical models. Work directly with the product lead and founder to deliver proactive insights and automated actions.
What you’ll do
• Design and own semantic layer and aggregation architecture. • Build and maintain data pipelines from multiple sources. • Develop trend, utilization, and propensity models. • Establish data quality, governance, and security patterns. • Self-direct discovery and write clear technical specs.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years in data engineering with production analytics ownership. • Deep SQL, Python, dbt or equivalent, warehouse design experience. • Experience with semantic layers and aggregation at scale. • Practical ML skills in propensity scoring and forecasting. • Strong communication and architecture decision skills.
