About the role
Join Stermedia as a Senior Data Engineer to build a global analytics platform for a pharmaceutical client. Focus on scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Apache Spark, Python, SQL, and Delta Lake.
What you’ll do
• Design and maintain data pipelines in Databricks. • Build Delta Lake tables with bronze, silver, gold layers. • Integrate data from multiple sources into analytics-ready datasets. • Optimize Spark workloads and SQL queries. • Implement data quality checks and governance.
What you’ll bring
• Strong experience with Databricks and production pipelines. • Advanced Python, PySpark, and SQL skills. • Knowledge of Apache Spark and distributed processing. • Experience with Delta Lake and lakehouse architecture. • Familiarity with Unity Catalog and workflow orchestration.
