About the role
The Senior Data Analyst partners with Sales and Finance to analyze sales performance and provide insights for strategic decisions. They build datasets, dashboards, and present findings to senior leaders to influence sales planning and targets.
What you’ll do
• Analyze drivers of bookings, pipeline, and win rates. • Build pacing views and explain sales gaps. • Support planning with productivity models and quota inputs. • Automate reporting using SQL and BI tools. • Present findings to Director and VP-level stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in business intelligence or data analytics. • Strong SQL and statistical modeling skills. • Experience building dashboards in Hex, Looker, Tableau, or Sigma. • Knowledge of sales data and metrics. • Exceptional communication and detail-oriented approach.
