About the role
Join Brightside Health as a Senior Data Analyst to optimize the provider network and improve clinician experience. Use data to forecast demand, support recruitment, and enhance patient care quality.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain forecast model for network capacity vs. patient demand. • Partner with Network Ops and Clinical Talent on recruitment and retention insights. • Develop frameworks to measure clinical quality and patient panel balance. • Design and run experiments on scheduling and clinician product features. • Serve as primary analytics partner for Network POD and present insights.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years analytics experience with Master's or equivalent. • Expert SQL and data modeling in cloud data warehouse. • Experience developing and scaling dbt projects. • Strong forecasting and econometric modeling skills. • Proficiency with data visualization tools and AI tools.
