About the role
This role supports Docplanner's Customer Success Operations by building reports, dashboards, and predictive models to drive business growth across 13 markets. It partners closely with leadership to analyze data and inform strategic decisions.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and data models. • Develop automations that scale across markets. • Improve statistical and predictive models. • Use AI tools to enhance analysis and coding. • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in quantitative field. • 3-5 years analytics experience. • Strong SQL and Python skills. • Experience with statistical modeling and dashboards. • Fluent English, Spanish a plus.
