About the role
Lead customer lifecycle marketing programs to increase adoption, retention, and expansion. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
What you’ll do
• Own customer journey programs from onboarding to expansion. • Define segments, messaging, and campaign playbooks. • Develop retention and upsell campaigns using customer signals. • Equip Sales and Customer Success with adoption toolkits. • Analyze performance and optimize marketing programs.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years marketing experience, 3+ in customer marketing. • Experience building lifecycle and retention programs. • Track record improving adoption and renewal outcomes. • Strong B2B SaaS or cybersecurity knowledge. • Excellent project management and analytical skills.
