About the role
The Senior Customer Engineer supports federal customers by providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and post-sale. They help agencies adopt Collibra’s data governance solutions securely and compliantly.
What you’ll do
• Lead technical discovery and recommend solutions. • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and workshops. • Manage technical relationships throughout customer journey. • Architect customized solutions for federal use cases. • Support adoption and expansion strategies with sales.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting. • Experience with U.S. Federal Government customers. • Proficiency in SQL and federal data stacks. • Knowledge of NIST 800-53, FISMA, Federal Data Strategy. • U.S. citizenship and active security clearance required.
