About the role
Join the Token Factory team to help customers transition AI workloads from proof-of-concept to production on Nebius infrastructure. Ensure stable, performant, and cost-efficient deployments while working closely with engineering and product teams.
What you’ll do
• Lead transition from PoC to production. • Ensure workloads are stable and scalable. • Monitor and improve performance and cost efficiency. • Act as technical partner for customers. • Manage risks and resolve incidents.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of inference frameworks like vLLM or TensorRT. • Understanding of cloud and distributed systems. • Experience with AI/ML workloads is a plus. • Customer-facing technical communication skills. • Strong ownership and multitasking abilities.
