About the role
Lead CRM initiatives to increase retention and prevent churn using data-driven experiments and cross-team collaboration.
What you’ll do
• Generate hypotheses from data and customer journey maps. • Create business specifications with measurable effects. • Launch experiments via CRM and on-product channels. • Analyze experiment results. • Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with CRM/CDP systems and HTML. • Knowledge of CRM metrics and business KPIs. • Strong English and Russian skills (B2+). • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Jira, BI systems. • SQL experience is a plus.
