About the role
Lead legal counsel for corporate, healthcare regulatory, litigation, commercial, and privacy matters. Support scaling and compliance in a fast-moving healthcare company focused on Medicaid and Medicare care management.
What you’ll do
• Lead advisor on corporate, healthcare regulatory, litigation, commercial, and privacy matters. • Monitor regulatory developments and provide actionable guidance. • Draft and negotiate contracts with health plans, vendors, and partners. • Develop legal processes and policies for risk mitigation and compliance. • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and marketing teams.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years healthcare legal experience with Medicare/Medicaid programs. • 3+ years legal experience in digital health or managed care. • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory environment. • Excellent communication and risk assessment skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively.
