About the role
Join Signifyd's Legal team to draft, negotiate, and advise on complex commercial transactions supporting global sales. Lead contracts managers and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business objectives and manage risk.
What you’ll do
• Draft and negotiate complex subscription and partnership agreements. • Support global sales across U.S., EMEA, Mexico, and South America. • Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams. • Manage multiple projects under competing deadlines. • Exercise sound legal judgment with practical solutions.
What you’ll bring
• Juris Doctor and active U.S. state bar admission. • 5-10+ years in commercial and tech transactions. • Strong communicator of complex legal issues. • Experience with global sales and fast-paced environments. • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
