About the role
Serve as SME for complex payment exceptions and lead process automation and reporting. Mentor team and ensure SOX compliance.
What you’ll do
• Resolve high-risk payment exceptions and unapplied cash discrepancies. • Drive automation and ERP upgrades with Technology and Finance. • Develop KPI dashboards and operational analytics. • Perform root-cause analysis for payment mismatches. • Coach and mentor Cash Applications Analysts.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in cash applications or financial accounting operations. • Expert in double-entry accounting and complex reconciliations. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with large data sets. • Experience leading process improvements and change management. • Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
