Senior Clinical Research Associate, Cardiovascular

About the role
Accountable for performance and compliance of assigned clinical research protocols and sites. Acts as primary site contact and manages sites throughout all study phases.
What you’ll do
• Develop strong site relationships and ensure continuity. • Perform site management/monitoring per ICH-GCP and regulations. • Conduct remote and on-site monitoring and oversight activities. • Manage regulatory documentation for study start-up and close-out. • Mentor junior CRAs and support audit/inspection activities.
What you’ll bring
• Fluent Spanish and English required. • Associate's degree plus 7 years healthcare experience or Bachelor's plus 4 years monitoring. • Strong knowledge of clinical research guidelines and GCP/ICH. • Ability to travel 65%-75% domestically and internationally. • Current driver's license required.
