About the role
Manage complex clinical reimbursement appeals and mentor junior team members. Drive process improvements to enhance revenue capture and overturn rates.
What you’ll do
• Manage complex pre- and post-service appeals independently. • Serve as clinical expert on payer medical policies. • Coordinate peer-to-peer reviews and clinical documentation. • Mentor Clinical Reimbursement Specialists. • Lead denial pattern analysis and process improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Active clinical licensure (RN, NP). • 3–5 years healthcare reimbursement experience. • 2+ years prior authorization and appeals experience. • Advanced knowledge of payer medical policies. • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
