About the role
Lead AI Clinical Quality Assurance to ensure AI features meet safety, clinical, and compliance standards. Drive clinical excellence and improve therapeutic outcomes through AI-powered solutions.
What you’ll do
• Develop and refine QA frameworks for AI tools. • Evaluate AI outputs for safety, accuracy, and bias. • Review AI-related escalations and identify escalation pathways. • Generate actionable Clinical AI QA reports. • Maintain clinical AI risk and escalation protocols.
What you’ll bring
• Graduate degree in counseling, psychology, or social work. • Clinical background in mental health care. • Knowledge of AI regulatory frameworks in mental health. • Experience in AI or data science in healthcare. • Strong communication and analytical skills.
