About the role
Lead clinical informatics for AI-assisted home healthcare. Own clinical annotation and evaluation of AI models.
What you’ll do
• Design labeling schemas and guidelines for clinical data. • Label and adjudicate clinical data and resolve disagreements. • Monitor model performance and respond to accuracy drift. • Evaluate model predictions for accuracy and safety. • Recruit and mentor clinical annotators and informaticists.
What you’ll bring
• Active clinical license as RN, PT, OT, or SLP. • 5+ years clinical experience in home health or hospice. • 4+ years clinical informatics experience. • Knowledge of ML and LLM model training and evaluation. • Experience with clinical terminologies and HIPAA compliance.
