What you’ll do
• Serve as day-to-day lead and trusted advisor for clients. • Drive adoption and activation of Heartbeat’s offerings. • Lead client business reviews and success planning. • Partner on renewal readiness and expansion identification. • Design process improvements for efficiency and retention.
What you’ll bring
• 6-8 years in Client Success or related roles. • Proven success managing complex client relationships. • Leadership presence and ability to influence peers. • Exceptional communication and organizational skills. • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s a plus.
