About the role
Own client money movement across ACH, wires, RTP, checks, and journals. Ensure timely, accurate, compliant cash processing with strong operational controls.
What you’ll do
• Own and strengthen controls across money movement workflows. • Review and approve client money movement requests. • Reconcile daily cash movements and settlement activity. • Monitor and resolve transaction exceptions and discrepancies. • Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years in financial services or brokerage operations. • Experience processing ACH, wires, checks, journals, RTP preferred. • Strong operational risk and fraud control knowledge. • Clear communication and ability to work independently.
