About the role
Lead capture strategy and deal execution for complex public sector opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams to shape deal strategy and improve win probability early in the sales cycle.
What you’ll do
• Own capture strategy for public sector opportunities globally. • Engage early to shape requirements and evaluation criteria. • Lead capture execution for complex opportunities. • Coordinate across Sales, Product, Legal, Security, Finance, and RevOps. • Build reusable capture templates and codify learnings.
What you’ll bring
• 5–10+ years in capture or complex enterprise/public sector sales support. • Experience influencing outcomes before RFPs. • Background with complex software or data platforms. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes deals calmly.
