Support companies to optimize their debt management processes and develop sustainable solutions. Drive business growth in collections and outsourcing services.
What you’ll do
• Advise clients on debt management and collections processes. • Act as expert for complex collections and outsourcing issues. • Identify and develop business opportunities in collections. • Translate client needs into tailored BPO solutions. • Build and maintain trustful client relationships at management level.
What you’ll bring
• Several years experience in debt management or collections. • Experience with BPO, financial services or banking sectors. • Knowledge of order-to-cash lifecycle processes. • Strong consulting skills in collections and outsourcing. • Fluent German (C2) and good English (C1).
