About the role
Deliver value to clients by deploying and utilizing the Engagement Platform effectively. Support clients during implementation and serve as a key advisor on e-commerce and digital marketing.
What you’ll do
• Become SME on Bloomreach Engagement platform. • Lead business consultancy practice in the US. • Support clients to improve sites, shops, or apps. • Communicate and teach clients platform usage. • Oversee client application and website implementation.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years B2B or B2C experience. • Curiosity and growth mindset. • Knowledge of marketing technology platforms preferred. • Background in performance marketing or CRM. • French language skills preferred.
