About the role
Lead functional solution design and requirements governance for large-scale enterprise platforms and public-sector digital initiatives. Translate operational requirements into scalable, audit-ready functional architectures.
What you’ll do
• Lead stakeholder discovery sessions and model optimized workflows. • Author and maintain Business Requirement Documents and user stories. • Drive sprint planning and backlog refinement with development teams. • Partner with QC for test case alignment and lead defect triage. • Identify requirement gaps and formulate actionable solutions.
What you’ll bring
• Proven experience as Business Analyst in IT or software development. • Experience analyzing enterprise software and complex workflows. • Proficient in requirements gathering and business process mapping. • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and SIT/UAT support. • Excellent English communication and client workshop facilitation.
