What you’ll do
• Own account lifecycle and client servicing. • Manage trade lifecycle and settlement processes. • Handle custody and asset servicing operations. • Maintain books, records, and reconciliations. • Oversee registered accounts and tax operations.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years Canadian brokerage operations experience. • Fluent in clearing, settlement, custody, and tax ops. • Regulatory-literate in CIRO and provincial securities. • Experience redesigning processes with automation and AI. • Exceptional written communication skills.
