About the role
Lead design of market-leading book covers and special editions for Canelo and fiction projects. Collaborate across teams to deliver creative, print-ready files and manage freelance designers.
What you’ll do
• Design market-leading covers and prepare print-ready files. • Oversee freelance cover design and expand designer pool. • Lead bespoke design of special editions and box sets. • Present designs at meetings and gather feedback. • Collaborate with Editorial, Production, Sales, Marketing & PR.
What you’ll bring
• Proven experience designing fiction and non-fiction covers. • High expertise in Adobe Creative Suite. • Exceptional typographic and visual literacy skills. • Knowledge of print processes and color management. • Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.
