About the role
Lead design and development of next-generation MRD laboratory-developed tests. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver clinically actionable MRD diagnostics.
What you’ll do
• Contribute to bioinformatics strategy for MRD assay design and lifecycle management. • Lead study design, data analysis, and performance characterization. • Develop and validate scalable bioinformatics pipelines for MRD analysis. • Ensure compliance with CAP/CLIA, FDA, IVDR standards. • Provide mentorship and communicate complex concepts clearly.
What you’ll bring
• Ph.D. or M.Sc. plus 3 years in bioinformatics or related field. • 6+ years in biotech, diagnostics, or regulated healthcare. • Experience with NGS-based clinical assay development. • Strong Python programming and pipeline development skills. • Experience in design-controlled, regulated environments.
