About the role
Join Natera's Bioinformatics team to design and implement computational solutions for early cancer detection. Develop algorithms and analyze genomic data to advance diagnostics.
What you’ll do
• Design and validate algorithms for genomic data analysis. • Develop automated workflows for clinical diagnostics. • Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation. • Analyze multi-omic data with internal pipelines.
What you’ll bring
• Ph.D. in Bioinformatics or related field. • 0–3 years experience in bioinformatics. • Expertise in NGS analysis and variant calling. • Proficiency in Python and workflow languages. • Experience with AWS and Linux environments.
