About the role
Build and own backend systems automating accounts receivable processes from invoicing to cash reconciliation. Work on payment matching, ledger accuracy, and ERP integrations.
What you’ll do
• Build payment-matching systems for ACH, wire, card, and check payments. • Design accurate data models tracing every dollar. • Build two-way ERP integrations with NetSuite and QuickBooks. • Develop collections workflows to accelerate payments. • Own projects from design through launch and iteration.
What you’ll bring
• Strong product sense and customer focus. • Experience designing and operating backend systems. • Strong system design judgment balancing speed and reliability. • Track record of independently shipping complex projects. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
