About the role
Support and develop the Internal Controls program by performing reviews, testing controls, and recommending improvements. Partner with stakeholders to identify risks and enhance processes using data analytics and automation.
What you’ll do
• Execute risk-based reviews and control testing. • Identify risks and recommend corrective actions. • Support process improvements using AI and automation. • Maintain policies, SOPs, and documentation. • Coordinate internal and external audit requests.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 3+ years in internal controls, audit, or risk assurance. • Strong understanding of financial processes and controls. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Experience with AI, automation, and financial systems.
