• Serve as primary relationship manager for complex employee benefits clients. • Develop and execute enrollment, service, and renewal strategies. • Lead client lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing management. • Ensure timely delivery of client communications and reports. • Mentor service team and drive operational excellence.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years employee benefits account management experience. • Experience managing complex client relationships. • Multi-life disability income experience preferred. • Strong consultative and problem-solving skills. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and benefits platforms.
