What you’ll do
• Act as strategic peer to client ensuring talent solutions align. • Build trust with senior stakeholders and advise proactively. • Translate client needs into clear job descriptions. • Manage budgets and financial performance of accounts. • Mentor Account Executives and lead pod operations.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in agency or in-house creative environment. • Strong creative literacy and communication skills. • Solution-oriented leader who improves processes. • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build order. • Willingness to travel as needed.
