About the role
Support the Security Operation Center and Technology Center of Excellence with security technology management and implementation. Provide hardware/software installation, testing, and demonstrations for internal teams and clients.
What you’ll do
• Support SOC and CoE security technology systems. • Update access control and video surveillance training materials. • Configure and troubleshoot security applications. • Provide technical support for SOC video walls. • Manage security technology projects and upgrades.
What you’ll bring
• Associates degree in relevant field with 7 years security support. • Experience with Software House CCure 9000 and Genetec Omnicast. • Knowledge of IP networking and device troubleshooting. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
