About the role
Identify and drive projects to improve security of Figma’s product, platform, and IT systems. Collaborate across teams to enhance systemic security and respond to incidents.
What you’ll do
• Perform technical security assessments and code audits. • Design solutions to mitigate security risks. • Advocate secure practices across teams. • Run penetration testing and security exercises. • Respond to security incidents and abuse cases.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years engineering experience in security or software. • Strong security judgment and risk prioritization. • Proficiency in at least one coding language. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Preferred expertise in application or cloud security.
