About the role
Build and scale the Bridge security foundation by designing a security program from the ground up. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure secure development and compliance as Bridge scales.
What you’ll do
• Design and implement Bridge security roadmap. • Identify and tackle key security risks. • Lead threat modeling and system hardening. • Build security capabilities like monitoring and incident response. • Ensure compliance and audit readiness.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in Security engineering. • Experience building or scaling security programs. • Startup mindset and pragmatic problem solving. • Comfort with backend coding, Ruby preferred. • Clear communication with technical and non-technical teams.
