About the role
Support day-to-day security operations and maintain visibility across the security environment. Investigate alerts and coordinate response activities with internal and external teams.
What you’ll do
• Triage and investigate security alerts from internal and external sources. • Manage security operations ticket queue and prioritize investigations. • Assist with security event investigations across multiple platforms. • Support incident response activities and documentation. • Operate phishing simulation program and coordinate remediation training.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in security operations or related cybersecurity role. • Experience with endpoint, identity, cloud, or SaaS security alerts. • Familiarity with SIEM platforms and security monitoring tools. • Understanding of attacker techniques and security frameworks. • Strong analytical, investigative, and documentation skills.
