About the role
Provide advanced technical support for enterprise cybersecurity solutions and troubleshoot complex security incidents. Ensure effective operation of security platforms across customer environments.
What you’ll do
• Provide second-level technical support for enterprise security solutions. • Perform system diagnostics, log analysis, and root-cause analysis. • Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade cybersecurity solutions. • Support security technologies including SIEM, EDR/XDR, DLP, IAM/PAM, WAF, DAM. • Manage technical escalations with OEMs and vendors within SLAs.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in related discipline. • 3-5 years experience in cybersecurity engineering or support. • Experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise security solutions. • Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls. • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
