About the role
Support operation, security, and optimization of SAP BTP cloud infrastructure in a FedRAMP Federal environment. Ensure reliability, performance, compliance, and lead incident management and platform improvements.
What you’ll do
• Own day-to-day SAP BTP platform operations and performance. • Serve as technical escalation point for platform security and compliance. • Monitor platform health and manage SLAs to minimize disruptions. • Lead incident response and coordinate remediation efforts. • Plan and execute platform upgrades and maintain operational documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field. • 5+ years operating SAP BTP or similar enterprise cloud platforms. • Experience in FedRAMP-authorized or federally secured environments. • Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and platform security. • U.S. citizenship with no additional citizenship required.
