About the role
Lead day-to-day operational execution and facilitate Scrum ceremonies for the development team. Manage sprint schedules, remove blockers, and track progress to meet milestones on time.
What you’ll do
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for team and stakeholders. • Maintain sprint backlog and prioritize with product owner. • Track and report team performance and sprint progress. • Identify and remove impediments to delivery. • Coach team on Agile and Scrum practices.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related field. • Advanced Agile certification (ICP-ACC, CSP, SASM, PMI-ACP). • 7–10 years Scrum Master experience. • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance. • Pass background check and drug test.
