About the role
Lead Salesforce user readiness, adoption, and engagement across Insurance and Wealth & Retirement platforms. Deliver training, onboarding, communications, and support for Salesforce users.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate day-to-day Salesforce enablement activities. • Develop and deliver role-based Salesforce training. • Host recurring Salesforce office hours. • Lead Salesforce enablement for new agency onboarding. • Create and manage onboarding project plans.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years Salesforce experience. • Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification preferred. • Strong Salesforce knowledge and training skills. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel periodically.
