What you’ll do
• Drive acquisition and growth of salary loans and investments. • Provide leadership and coaching to Sales Executives. • Identify business opportunities and improve sales performance. • Monitor team productivity and ensure targets are met.
What you’ll bring
• At least 4 years experience in loan sales. • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. • HND or Bachelor's Degree minimum. • Experience leading a sales team in loan sales.
