About the role
Assist customers in selecting products and support store sales and operational objectives. Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
What you’ll do
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Engage customers and recommend suitable products. • Maintain organized and attractive sales floor. • Process transactions accurately. • Report sales performance and customer feedback.
What you’ll bring
• 1–2 years retail sales or customer service experience. • Basic computer literacy and POS familiarity. • Minimum SSCE / OND qualification. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
