About the role
Manage BNPL sales promoters across partner stores to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth customer onboarding. Coordinate with underwriting, verification, and collections teams for approvals and disbursement.
What you’ll do
• Track promoter performance and store-level issues. • Conduct coaching and performance reviews for promoters. • Maintain relationships with store managers. • Ensure accurate KYC documentation and compliance. • Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports.
What you’ll bring
• Leadership experience managing field teams. • Good analytical and reporting ability. • Strong understanding of onboarding, KYC, credit processes. • Willingness to work across multiple store locations. • 2-3 years sales supervision experience, HND/B.Sc. in related field.
