About the role
Drive revenue by selling residential and commercial properties to buyers and investors. Serve as the professional face of Chokmann Realty Services throughout the sales process.
What you’ll do
• Identify and generate new leads through networking and cold calling. • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information. • Guide clients through negotiation, documentation, and closing. • Maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. • Prepare sales reports and stay updated on market trends.
What you’ll bring
• HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • 2-3 years experience in Real Estate Sales. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strong networking abilities. • Knowledge of Abuja real estate landscape is an advantage.
