About the role
Drive B2B field sales, client acquisition, and market penetration for bakery ingredients in Kaduna State. Manage distributor networks and meet sales targets.
What you’ll do
• Conduct baking trials to demonstrate product benefits. • Acquire new bakery accounts across Kaduna. • Meet monthly sales volume and revenue KPIs. • Manage distributor networks and recurring sales. • Pitch and sell bread improvers and baking ingredients.
What you’ll bring
• 2–4 years FMCG field sales experience. • Experience in baking ingredients, flour, or yeast sales preferred. • Fluent in English and Hausa. • B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or Food Science. • Knowledge of Kaduna bakery market geography.
