About the role
Drive sales and build customer relationships in a luxury fashion fabrics store. Manage the store’s online presence and social media pages.
What you’ll do
• Monitor fabric availability and report low-stock items. • Manage online presence and social media pages. • Respond to online enquiries with accurate product info. • Maintain records of sales, orders, payments. • Recommend suitable fabrics based on customer needs.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in sales, retail, customer service or digital marketing. • BSc, HND or equivalent in related field. • Knowledge of fashion fabrics or textiles desirable. • Experience managing social media and content creation. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
