About the role
Manage and execute sales enablement programs to support a growing sales organization. Focus on onboarding, training, GTM launches, and strategic events.

• Manage sales enablement programs from planning to execution. • Coordinate seller onboarding and ramp processes. • Program-manage training, skill-ups, and reinforcement. • Operationalize GTM launches and sales play execution. • Maintain enablement calendar and communications.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in sales enablement or related function. • Strong program and project management skills. • Experience coordinating onboarding and training programs. • Excellent organization and communication skills. • Comfortable facilitating live sessions.
