About the role
Manage business operations and ecommerce activities to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory, customer service, and digital marketing efforts for the online store.
What you’ll do
• Liaise with sales team on customer orders. • Oversee business operations ensuring lean processes. • Prepare and report sales activities to management. • Manage budgets, costs, and expenses. • Develop sales strategies including cross-sell and up-sell.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with 3PL logistics providers. • B.Sc in Business, Marketing or related field. • Proficient in ecommerce platforms and digital marketing. • At least 1 year experience in ecommerce or sales. • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
