About the role
You are the first contact for inbound leads from trades businesses, qualifying and scheduling demos. Use your understanding of the trades sector to engage prospects and support sales growth.
What you’ll do
• Contact inbound leads quickly by phone. • Conduct qualified initial conversations. • Identify needs and decision makers. • Schedule demos with Account Executives. • Document activities in Salesforce and use automation.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in sales, customer contact or service preferred. • Strong communication and motivation. • Work quickly and structured under volume. • Use modern sales tools and AI. • Very good German (C1) and good English (B1).
