About the role
The CSR creates sales opportunities by answering inbound calls and making outbound calls about reverse mortgage programs. They qualify customers and transfer interested ones to the sales team.
What you’ll do
• Answer incoming calls. • Initiate outbound calls. • Qualify customers per program guidelines. • Transfer qualified customers to sales team. • Update Sales CRM with transaction notes.
What you’ll bring
• Basic computer skills and 10-key. • Customer service background. • Understanding of reverse mortgage product. • Mortgage industry knowledge. • Excellent written and verbal communication.
