About the role
Manage the monthly sales compensation cycle ensuring accurate and timely payments. Reconcile incentive data and maintain audit-ready documentation.
What you’ll do
• Run commission and incentive calculation cycle monthly. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in compensation data. • Reconcile Xactly Incent with Salesforce, HR, payroll, and Finance. • Maintain audit-ready documentation and controls. • Administer Xactly Incent and lead annual plan implementations.
What you’ll bring
• 3-5 years experience in incentive compensation or commission operations. • Hands-on experience with Xactly Incent administration. • Strong reconciliation skills across multiple systems. • Advanced Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
